Has anyone had their Rutter water flange D Bond and repaired it with a new one? I am looking for the old one to study if anyone saved it when the job was done

Yikes! Haven't heard of that. I'd check with Mandy.

what exactly dis bonded? Photo? There was 1 water rudder failure a very long time ago where the water rudder post to water rudder flange wasn't properly bond prep'd and the water rudder could be yawed independent of the rudder system but it was caught and high order quality inspection was implemented. Never saw one again after that. Your serial number was no where near that one. I feel like I might remember another issue with the flanges but can't put my finger on it neither were serious.
