    SB: Throttle Cable Chaffing (SB-022323-A)

It has been identified that the throttle cable has been mounted on the engine in such a way that there will be little to no clearance between the throttle cable and lower intake plenum mount. The lack of proper clearance can cause the cable to chafe and potentially become damaged. Sustained damage to the throttle cable could lead to throttle cable failure and the inability of the pilot to control engine power.
